Every registration is reviewed, seats are limited for each session, and CYBER BUYER may approve or decline any registration in its sole discretion. Sales professionals may not attend unless they are presenting or are a paying sponsor of that session.
Startup Pitch Terms
Applying to pitch does not guarantee selection. CYBER BUYER selects presenting startups in its sole discretion, and all decisions are final. Any fees for pitch participation or sponsorship will be stated in a separate written agreement.
By applying to pitch or presenting at a Breach Tank session, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your company and that the information you submit is accurate. You grant CYBER BUYER a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, headline, product description, and pitch materials you provide to promote your session and to feature your company on the Breach Tank website, including on the pitched startups, top startups, and funding tracker pages, and in Breach Tank and Cyber Breakfast Club marketing materials.

Not Investment Advice
The funding tracker, funding ticker, exits dashboard, top startups lists, rankings, and any other startup, investor, or funding information on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are compiled from public sources and information submitted by startups, may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and have not been independently verified. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, or an endorsement or recommendation of any company, product, or investor. A company's appearance on the Site, including having pitched at Breach Tank, does not mean CYBER BUYER has evaluated or endorses it. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any investment or purchasing decision.
Third-Party Trademarks
Company names, logos, and product names of startups, investors, and other third parties shown on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Suitcasing, outboarding, guerilla marketing, or similar marketing tactics are prohibited at Breach Tank sessions. Presenting startups may promote their company only during their scheduled pitch and through follow-up arranged through CYBER BUYER. CYBER BUYER reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove any individual who is reported to be soliciting during a Breach Tank session and who is not a presenter, sponsor, vendor, partner or exhibitor of that session.
Sharing Your Contact Data for Breach Tank Sessions
By registering for or attending a Breach Tank session, you consent to CYBER BUYER sharing your contact data with the startups presenting and the sponsors of that session for the purposes of conducting business and marketing communications regarding their own products or services. You will be subject to such third party's communications and privacy practices. If you wish to opt-out or exercise any applicable privacy rights you may have regarding these third-party communications, please exercise those rights directly with those third parties.
